The Application Cycle

The application cycle for certification in Aerospace Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Public Health/General Preventive Medicine is open from March 1 to June 1 each year.  During this time period applicants are able to complete the application online and download the reference letter templates. Applicants who have already submitted their application and need to update their address can do so by clicking on the Address Change option from the popout menu above.

ABPM offers certification in three primary specialty areas:

• Aerospace Medicine
• Occupational Medicine
• Public Health/General Preventive Medicine

We also offer subspecialty certification in two subspecialties:

• Medical Toxicology
• Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine
